The purpose of the Deacons Ministry is to prorvide service to the Pastor, congregation and community in the name of Jesus; to provide a helping hand and serve people who have a particular need; to visit immediately upon news of death to best meet the needs of the bereaved. This ministry ministers to the sick, downhearted, believers and non-believers through the extension of love and compassion.

The Deaconess Ministry is comprised of women of prayer, integrity, faithful and exemplary in their daily living.

Its purpose is to provide emotional support, counseling, maintain relationships and contact new members. They provide assistance with baptism, weekly contact and assistance to members for prayer and encouragement, visit bereaved families and help the poor.

The Youth Ministry meets following the Sunday worship service. Our purpose is to help youth share their gifts, grow in life skills, develop a positive self-image, overcome prejudices, develop respect for differences and serve those in need. It promotes the development of spirituality, a prayer life and a personal relationship with Jesus.

This ministry creats a church environment where wisdom, skills, experience, and faith are developed and fully utilized through christian education; promotes awareness of the value of seniors; involves senior chrisitans in meaningful ministry and service; facilitates the growth of senior adults toward Christian maturity and discipleship; and provides fellowship opportunities through special events and activities sponsored by the ministry.

The Ushers Ministry is uses their spiritual gifts of service and compassion by greeting worshippers making every attempt to help them feel welcome and at ease; escorting members and guests to their seats; distributing materials related to the service; receiving offerings, delivering them promptly to the treasury department of the church; maintaining alertness for any emergency that may arise, relieving the need or contacting the person(s) needed to provide the proper assistance and directing individuals out of the service.

The Education Committee recognizes the academic accomplishments of youth on all grade levels yearly. It presents the high school and college graduates at a special service in the month of May yearly. This program provides mentorship to students after graduation and awards stipends to assist with college expenses.
